Great experience.
Great experience. Sales staff called to let me know that the style of handle had changed and would be slightly different. Reaching out to a customer shows me they care. Thank you for the great experience. Michael peck Facilities manager MVI & ASC

Top notch service
Top notch service, very knowledgeable, had everything I needed in stock and shipped even though I called late afternoon on a Friday. Will most definitely be using BarzelLock for all of my remodeling lock issues!!🙂

This matter is stil on going as we have another order for our left door hardware
Customer service has been great and follow-regarding my questions have been most helpful. These doors are for our front entry to our church and I have done a lot of "leg work" and etc. We have a lock smith lined up to install the doors some time at the end of next week.
