Service was excellent, reps are knowledgeable, and shipping was super fast!

Before I ordered I had a specific question about an entry knob. I sent an e-mail with my question to customer service in the middle of the night, and had a reply from Mark very first thing in the morning. I placed my order that morning, and received it a couple days later. When I inspected the knob, I noticed a manufacturing defect, and contacted Mark about it. He immediately sent out a replacement and e-mailed me a return shipping label to send back the defective knob. Overall, the customer service was the best experience of this purchase. I'd very happily do business with them again.

Great customer service! A+ Mark Schiffer and Henry really took care of me after the Arrow Knob Lock I ordered include a defective/incorrect latch. Email responses were very fast and the correct latch was express shipped to me in San Francisco. I was actually surprised when it was delivered to me so quickly.
