I had trouble figuring out the volume controls.

These are a pretty good alternative to my Bose open ear buds. The audio on phone calls are better on the Baseus, although the audio for music is still better on the Bose. They definitely stay on the ear more secure than the Bose, although the Bose is more sleek looking. The difference in cost though, is astronomical. Bose cost about 4-5X more than the Baseus.

Love my Bowie headphones, just wish they could go a little louder: any tricks to make this happen? Thanks...

Baseus's best products shine with their 100w p3.0 chargers & they also use high quality customer service! Not every product is the very best choice when comparing to other products on the market, but the company can certainly keep themselves relevant!

I'm still evaluating the unit. I'm deciding whether to keep or return it. I'm disappointed in the USB. I would have expected more and higher capacity ones.

I wasn't completely satisfied about a product. Customer service solved it.

Great product great service. Cones are a little smaller than I was thinking but overall great sound and product.
