Prompt shipping, and I got what I ordered. I have had bad luck with 2 other armor companies. The competitors have sent me wrong items or incomplete orders. But I will probably only use BattleSteel in the future. Competent employees and a proven product.

Recieved a level 4 plate which was damaged upon opening the box. Customer service said they are going to replace the product. Everything so far about the company that I can tell is pretty stand up. I look forward to doing more business with this company...but we'll see if I recieve the new plate😁
