Please chg you rewards policy…
My only complaint is that you wouldn’t reinstate my rewards pts that had expired since it had been more than two years since I’d ordered.

We are sorry you are frustrated with our Cozy Club policy. Rewards points are available for 2 years from your most recent activity. If you redeem those points for a gift card, that gift card is available for 1 more year. Essentially you have 3 years to use your points, and we do try to help where we are able.
