Ordered a pair of glasses, it said it would take up to 14 days. I also paid for the 2 day shipping. We are beyond 14 days and i have no updates, etc. They tell me its still being processed. They have my money, i have no glasses.

I received my new glasses and was pleasantly surprised by them. The prescription was just right. I had ordered from a different company previously and was dissatisfied with that other company.

The process to select and order my glasses was quick and obvious. I also appreciated the quick turn around.

I ordered my lenses & frames in Sept of 2022, everything has been great until October/November of 2023. My lenses look like they need to be cleaned (smudges, face oils, etc) except those items do not come off with Befitting's recommended cleaning tips and they have not been helpful in trying to figure out what's going on with the lenses nor have they offered to replace them since it's conveniently outside their 1 year warranty. My best guess is some finish has come off and my lenses scratch with any little thing. It's starting to affect my vision it's gotten so bad. I've worn glasses since I was in 1st grade (over 30 years ago), so I know how lenses should or shouldn't be. I will not be purchasing from Befitting ever again, super disappointing the lack of quality and customer service after the purchase.

The best customer service I've had in a long time. I ordered glasses online. They came in with an annoying glare, because I forgot to order anti-glare lenses. Befitting exchanged the glasses for me without charging me any extra and sent me a prepaid label. The exchange process couldn't have been easier. My new replacement RayBan glasses just arrived, and they are absolutely perfect. Thank you Befitting. You earned a customer for life.

I received my glasses very quickly. The experience was great. My prescriptions were perfect. And these are the best glasses I have ever owned. Very comfortable. Look fantaztic and feel like great quality. I have never ordered glasses online but I am glad I did.
