They answered all my questions and my glasses came fairly quick. I’ve never ordered online but I will be from here on out it was so easy.

My husband ordered glasses here. We received an email. It said he had to wait about two weeks, but they would try to do the service sooner. But a week later we have already received our order! Excellent! I've enjoyed this experience! I needed glasses too, my eyesight is not good. I made an order and received an email. The company helped me to improve my glasses with no additional cost.I started crying. This is a very important customer care. Thank you for your service

I am a huge fan of the frames I ordered. I first ordered on 12/02/23. I ended up sending in my prescription and they were quick to respond. They noticed a discrepancy between the lenses I ordered and the presciption. They notified me and corrected my error. I got them today 12/11/23 and I am happy. They were completed so much quicker than I was expecting and that made for a good experice.

I liked the customer service, the glasses I received I absolutely loved. It’s a year and a half latter and my prescription has changed. They do not replace lenses to accommodate this and really having a hard time having anyone replaced the lenses in these frames. I want to continue using these frames because they best I’ve had. Keep that in mind when buying certain frames. The frames were Oakley.

Terrible company. Extremely complicated return process and after weeks of trying to return 1 of 3 pair, they claimed my packaged arrived empty. I'm still trying to get my refund after 6 weeks of run-around. Read the reviews, and be aware this company is sketchy!

Terrible ordering process. I ordered glasses during the Black Friday sale. Four days after ordering they email me saying that they’re cancelling my order because the lens I need is slightly (2mm) bigger than what they “recommend” for the frames. There was no indication during the ordering process that this couple be an issue. Now they want me to order again—not receiving the Black Friday discount. And apparently I have to go through this four day process over and over again until I pick frames that they “recommend” as suitable for the lenses I need. Does not seem like they’re acting in good faith. I’ve ordered glasses online with EyeBuyDirect.com and never had to to deal with such shenanigans
