I have been using Benchmark for years, and referring others to the store as well. I have always appreciated the salespersons, who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The quality and turn-around time have always been exceptional. My one "negative" is the shop itself. There is an old & unpleasant odor, and the product shelves are sometimes dusty. It makes for an unwelcoming environment, but the customer service far outweighs this negative.
