I got information from Benchmark Trophy at the HR Conference in Orlando this past October. Matt reached out to me just at the exact time I needed to think about service awards. He sent me a catalog and worked with me to get our awards with very little turn around time. Greg was very quick with the proofs and we had our awards the day before we needed them. They were packed perfectly and were 100% correct and looked great! We will definitely use them again when we have the need for awards. They were very professional and down to earth and just great to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for awards.

I recently needed to add an engraving on a very different stoned item. The item barely had a flat service and seemed almost impossible to find a place for engraving. The rep came up with the brilliant idea of putting an engraving plate on the item with an epoxy glue! He found a semi flat space on the stone to attcah the plate and it worked perfectly! The engraved plate was the icing on the cake for the 50th birthday gift for a dear friend. Engraving makes items look authentic and classy; just what I was going for! My friend loved the gift and he was impressed with the fact that I took the time to get it engraved too. Thank you Benchmark for understanding what I envisioned and making it happen!

I would say that the quality of product very much matches the premium price. I kept being surprised by add on charges. It was more how it was explained as well. I need this item by this date. Well, that's a rush job and it's an extra cost. Or, I need one more of this item, placard. Oh, we have a minimum charge, it'll cost you more. Not, we appreciate your business and we're glad to get this for you.

Jamie went over and above for me. We had a rush order of a large amount of plaques for a 1mw solar farm, around 200 all together with different sizes, logos, and designs. With less than a day and a half I had my rush order and all the plaques were correctly made and marked. I would have given 6 stars, but there was no option 😃

I have ordered specialized plaques, for my work, from Benchmark Trophy for 6 years now. They are great at communicating from start to finish, and are willing to both call and email you (I like it when a company does both). I have yet to meet or talk to an employee that was not nice. The one time I had a little problem they fix it as quick as possible; I was very happy. I would recommend them to anyone! There are only two things I would wish to change. One, that they are easier to spot where they are located (wouldn't know how....it is Atlanta). Two, that they were closer to where I lived (near Rockdale County).

My organization decided at the last minute to give an award during an upcoming conference being held out of the country. I had 48 hours to make sure that an engraved crystal award was packed in my luggage. Benchmark made it happen and I was very impressed and grateful! Highly recommend.
