It let you choose what and when you…
It let you choose what and when you want to block special Apps. And it shows you by pop up messages how long you are already using one of the apps you wanted to use less. It kicks you out, and you have to choose if you really want to continue using the app. It’s great.

App’s good
App’s good. It restricts you from using certain apps that you need a break from and worth it if you want to break the chain of doomscrolling. Subscription pricing could be a bit lower and affordable
