Scam app. Tells you that you can sign up for free trial then charges you anyway. No way of cancelling or being refunded. Waste of time and money. SCAM APP. Thought I’d use it if being charged for it anyway but it’s crap. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I read before I started the trial that I would get sufficient warning so I could cancel the subscription before due date of payment. This did not happen. Gutted!!!

I signed up for a free trial of the Be Present app, but decided it wasn't for me and deleted my account before the trial period ended. Unfortunately, I was still hit with a $66.14 charge for an annual subscription. It turns out that if you sign up via their website, the subscription is processed externally through Stripe/Link rather than the Apple App Store. Deleting the app or even deleting your account within the app does not automatically stop the billing funnel. If you are trialing this app, make sure you manually track down your billing confirmation email or log into their website to cancel, otherwise you will be charged even if you wipe your account. I have reached out to support for a refund and am waiting to see if they make it right.

It blocked up my phone. I can't even get my google search up. They force you to give credit card info before they will move the screen forward to unblock. Big mistake downloading this. Yikes!

Have contacted multiple times to cancel and customer service is nonexistent. Not sure how they’re getting good reviews. This is absolutely a scam. And I’ve been charged $127! Why is mine more costly than others who registered same time frame? Very suspicious. Have attempted to cancel and no response yet. Finally contact my cc for dispute.

Attention immense arnaque ! Ils disent qu'ils vous préviennent 2 jours avant la fin de la période gratuite, mais ils ne le font pas.... et vous vous retrouvez avec une facture de 70 euros pour une appli qui ne sert pas à grand chose.

2 week *FREE* trial was ok but I wouldn’t consider investing actual money in the future, now is trying to charge me £40 every night without giving me an option to remove my card in the app.

Horrible, especially the customer service. I signed up for the 7 day trial and then turned around and canceled it same day, yet I was charged on day 6. And even that is crazy because it’s a 7 day trial what do you mean you charge on day 6?! Impossible to refund even with photo proof. Currently disputing the charge with my bank.
