This app is just what I needed. So far it’s been very helpful. I’m giving four stars because I haven’t been using it for very long yet.

Very good app but pretty expensive too

I love that the app has a block prompt that pops up whenever I open my distraction apps. I have opened them out of habit and seeing the block quickly reminds me that there’s nothing I need to actually do on the app. So I quickly close the app and go on with my day. Otherwise I would have just gave in since I already opened it and would have scrolled endlessly. I just wish this was free. Side note: I started trying out painting. Never would have done it if it weren’t for this app.

I am getting to bed on time now that I can’t access facebook after 10pm- great and simple to use

I think this app is a powerful tool. I would like to be able to select/unselect specific apps to silence, not groups.

Absolutely love it, this has helped me keep my scream time low as a teenager but if it was free i would use it for ever but sadly it’s not 💔
