BePresent has really helped me break the cycle of doom scrolling but most importantly feel more connected to my partner and have so much time back in my life to do other things.

From day one I have cut down my time on social media to less than 20 minutes a day. I knew I was only looking at off habit and this has helped to break the cycle. Highly recommend.

I got this app a few days ago and I like it a lot. It reminds me to stick to the goals i got to choose during the installation namely Limited time on social media. I feel good about this lifestyle change. I don’t want to keep spending my life stuck in my phone anymore.

This app has helped me to immediately reduce my social media scrolling. I feel less anxious and more connected.

Keeps you accountable for your screen time. 2 days in and I see a huge difference in focus. It’s hard but it’s worth it.
