Not only did I learn what was necessary to pass the ITIL exam, I also learned how the ITIL framework integrates with PMBOK (and where it doesn't, as well!). The instructor was not only knowledgeable on the course content, she was also experienced in the field as a consultant, so she was able to bring a number of real-life examples into her presentations, which helped a ton. One last thing I will mention is that the facilities were nice and very conducive to a good learning environment. All that adds up to a good success in my book.

Leading up to the training, I was a ball of nerves. I had anxiety about learning a lot of information in 2.5 days and THEN taking a test with the hopes of passing, but I did it. The instructor's teaching technique was awesome. His analogy of the material against real life experiences was very helpful, and it helped that I was in class with an awesome bunch. The group exercises were beneficial and the quick quizzes at the end of each section helped to retain information needed for the actual test. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

The instructor was very knowledgeable of the materials he was presenting. You could tell he had real world experience with the material he was teaching. He emphasized those things that were most important and provided learning tools that actually were very effective. The crossword puzzle was the best study tool and it was kind of fun to do...didn't seem like homework. I would highly recommend this company for future training courses.

I had attempted to be certified in ITIL Foundations once before, a few years back, by another contracted instructor, and did not achieve certification. A significant percentage of my fellow students in the class also did not achieve certification. This time, Beyond20 prepared me for the certification test far better than I was prepared the last time. I achieved certification as well as did every other student in the class.

I thoroughly enjoyed taking this class. The instructor was great. He was very informative and engaging and made the course enjoyable. If given the opportunity again I would definitely take another course with Beyond20. I learned a great deal of information regarding ITIL, which I have already begun to apply in my work role. To reiterate I was extremely satisfied with my experience!

This company is fantastic the training was fun, informative, done with integrity and tremendous knowledge of the subject matter. It was by far the best class I have attended. I would recommend this company for training to anyone and definitely use them again for future training.

There was a ton of information that was covered in this class. When I saw the book, I didn't think there would be any way we would get through, but Andy got us through. By the end of the class, we knew that everything he went over COULD be on the test. The whole class passed, so Andy did his job well. He knows the material and presented it in the best way he could in the time alloted.

Beyond20 outlined my CSM course extremely well, which made it easy and FUN to learn! Knowledgeable trainer and staff. I would absolutely use them for another course.
