This was a really well-run bootcamp. Instructor made it fun and relatable by giving real-life examples.I would recommend this class to anyone interested in taking any of the ITIL certifications.

I had the opportunity to work with Beyond20 for an ITIL Foundations class and they were awesome. The pace of the class was perfect and they were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Beyond20 for all of your ITSM needs.

For a foundational class (ITIL V3), the duration is about right. Facility is convenient and adequate. Content is extensive but highly structured to give students a good grasp of key concepts, processes and practices. The lead instructor, Erika Flora, is a true SME who fosters collaboration/networking as well as supplying context to materials and relating real life business cases to help solidify understanding and application of ITIL practices. She also prepares students very well for the certification exam. I'm impressed and will recommend Beyond20 to others.

The classroom was comfortable and organized so that we could all look directly at each other and give each other direct interaction. The classroom team exercises were aimed to draw on all the team members experiences and were a good aid in the learning experience. I Passed the ITIL Foundations exam with flying colors on the first attempt. I recommend Beyond20 as a great organization for learning opportunities.

I recently achieved my ITIL Expert certification thanks to Beyond20. From the first class to the last, they were great to work with. The instructors and staff not only understand their subject matter academically, they have extensive real-world experience to back it up. The best way to put it is that Beyond20 doesn't teach the test; they teach the subject.
