Took ITIL Foundations as well as OSA from BEYOND20. I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did I ace the exams, I gained invaluable knowledge and made some excellent professional contacts in the process. I would highly recommend them for any class they offer.

Unequivocally recommended. Undoubtedly, one of the best classes I've ever taken. This is how training should be done! Jesse, a sought-after instructor, led his students thru a journey of 4 sprints in a two compacted day of the training. Upon completion, we all knew what we had to perform as a scrum master. The class is fast paced but Jesse's product and sprint backlogs will keep you focused and absorb each and every ounce of his teaching. So go ahead and start the agile journey with him. I'm glad I did!

I took my ITIL course last week with Erika Flora, Beyond2, and like to share some positive feedback with everyone. Erika is an interesting and high quality instructor. Her style was really productive and that's the reason everybody passed the exam. Beyond20 is a great training company. Try it!

I wholeheartedly endorse the Beyond20 ITIL Foundations training I received in June, 2014. The instructor, Erika Flora, was engaged, innovative, and kept the class interesting. This affordable course at the Fairfax, Virginia facility enhanced the learning experience, was convenient, included the ITIL Foundations examination and free parking. The PMI-approved training (24 PDUs) was a huge plus for me!
