First of all the product ( Vector cue stick ) is wonderful, and was a very good deal. The product arrived super fast, but no fault of there's was damaged. I shot them an e-mail, and two days later a replacement arrived, no problems. Alvin

Love the quality of the felt. The tournament blue felt is saturated with color. Had a pool party and recieved a ton of compliments.

My order experience was excellant. The cue i ordered came a week earlier than expected, which was great. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because the box literally said what it was on the outside and this was a birthday present for my husband. Luckily i got to the mail before he did.
