My account got locked from day one and the issue was never resolved. I have $200 on that account that needs to be returned to me ASAP. They said they were going to get back to me in two hours and takes them a whole day.

Zoey worked with me to educate me on how the system would work and she reassured me that my problem was being evaluated by the appropriate department and would be updated to appropriate email associated with the email for the account in question. She did a fantastic job!
