I would give no stars if I could. We are on a corner lot at a busy intersection and your riders keep parking there birds in front of my house or at the side continually BLOCKING the sidewalks. Is this normal to BLOCK sidewalks bc it seems to be happening quite frequently. We have disabled scooters who can't get by,traffic going to the bakery everyday and your riders just don't give a shit where they park. Any rider that blocks a sidewalk should get charged a fee for pick up. Maybe they would think twice about BLOCKING walkways.

The company frauded my visa card, the very first time I tried it out. I signed up for a $10.00 preload amount. My visa was frauded for over $100.00+ until my visa was maxxed out. For a ride around the Telford, which is mapped as a 8.2 km trail. They charged me more then a taxi ride would, to the airport and back. My card was charged 3 dollars over a dozen times, 33 dollars twice, 5 dollars once, 4 dollars once and the original $10.00, which was the only transaction I authorized was a $10.00 preload amount. I would call this company fraudulent, a complete misrepresentation of the services they appear to offer. My family was devastated that what we thought was a $10.00 preload, emptied our credit card completely. It is unethical. I was expecting $10.00 or maximum $12.99 charge as they have advertised. I got no free trial first timer anything, we got gauged. I will never try that out again. No customer service person or number to contact.

Fake offers? I selected the offer of $15/60 min ride - app wouldn't accept any of the scans of scooter tags (screen jiggled each time / nothing happened). Too late to take the $20 uber so bypassed the app's offer and it scanned the scooters just fine. My $15 ride turned into $60 (3x an uber!!). (Actually they charged $90 because it took me 25 minutes to get the scooter "parked" due to GPS issue. The bot deigned to give me a $30 credit so I could do it all again. Uh, no thanks. I'll pass.)

Be very careful. Family and I had 5 scooters, Rode them for 19mins which totaled just over 1km and was charged over $100USD. Should have hired a car as it would have been cheaper than riding these neglected things.

Tried to use a bird scooter - moved it ways and it said that it was not in the return area. Worst experience of my life. I was charged and could not get the scooter to work.
