I wish I could put less than 1 star. First time to ever use one, and had many issues with the scooters not working. Also they make you pay for a card up front. After the fiasco of actually trying these out, I was charged with 11 transactions totaling over $100 for less than an hour ride. When contacting Bird.co, I was told they couldn't find my account. What a joke of a company. Currently disputing ALL charges and will NEVER use again.

Alleen maar problemen met deze fiets, na 5 weken dat ik de fiets nieuw had gekocht was de ondersteuning al kapot. Een week geleden viel mijn bel er zomaar af en nu zit er ook nog eens een watervlek in het schermpje van de fiets dus kan ik niet meer zien hoeveel procent hij heeft en hoe hard ik ga. De hele fiets kan totaal niet tegen water want alles gaat ook roesten. Totaal geen aanrader dus. Spijt

I have never ridden one and yet I am seeing a charge on my credit card. I got ahold of them at 1866-205-2442 and they made it right. They cancelled the charges and will not charge me anymore.
