Horrible service. Ordered log set and was told that logs should be delivered in 7 days. After 7 days I called and was told that they do not stock the logs I ordered. They ask if I would like them to order them from another store for me. This was all after I had paid them over 1000. Would not order from this company again. Places like this really make amazon look good.

Dear Carl, We regret that we were unable to ship your order immediately. It is unfortunate, but even with our best efforts, we do run out of stock at times. We offered to ship the item directly from the manufacturer which you refused. To clarify, we authorize credit cards when the order is received. However, we do not charge the card until the items are shipped. Your credit card was never charged for the order and the authorization was voided upon your request to cancel. Thanks to another vendor’s misinformation, including false advertising, I had to continue my search for the Dimplex Revillusion 20" Plug-In Birch Log Set. Not only did BlazzingFire.com have exactly what I was looking for but they also had choice of wood-like logs. No other vendors offered or even provided info on choice of “wood.” I chose birch and in addition to already discounted price they offered an an additional 15% Veteran’s Day discount. Within two days the item was shipped and delivered within 5 days of order date!

Shipping was fast, actually arrived a day ahead of schedule. However, upon opening box containing log set, immediately noticed that one if not more of the logs was shattered. Given that the logs appear to be made of plastic or a resin material, you would expect that they would be wrapped with some kind bubble wrap to protect them but they were not. Instead I have a 1000 dollar stove that I can't use until this is rectified.
