Order arrived very quickly, everything was accurate and in good shape. This is the fantastic level of customer service I've come to expect from BlendBee. Prices are very reasonable, too, especially for custom blends.

I am a ver allergic person and used your tea service so I would not get an allergic reaction. One tea was Chamille and lemon peel and spearmint. I got an allergic reaction and did not know why?

I am so sorry to hear that you had an allergic reaction. Our chamomile, lemon peel and spearmint are all organic. Every custom blend is made to order. Our ingredients are stored in glass jars, separate from one another. What are some of your main allergies when it comes to plants/foods? Maybe we can narrow it down.

You are all amazing! I loved how easy it was to order and put together a custom blend and how fast the shipping was. This was a Christmas gift for someone and the reusable tea bag was such a nice touch. Thank you so much and I will definitely be ordering again.
