Horrible. Website says you can wash them. They turned brown. Blissy told me I bleached them, which I did not, and offered a 35%discount to buy more. Never again. Dry clean only or buy brown ones only.

I ordered 4 pillow cases for $49.99, their special, and It charged me $179.88. Reading through the reviews this happens a lot:( I contacted customer service immediately to cancel the order. Emailed several times and only response is an automated message.speak with a live person who help me out with my return issue Thank you !!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order for a long sleeve pink dress and received a completely different item. The dress I received was a halter top bright green floor length dress that was multiple sizes too big. When I contacted the company, they offered me a 20% refund and told me I had to pay the shipping to return the item (which was much more than the original item). I replied that I wanted a full refund and they said the most they could do was 30% off and I could keep the item “and give it to someone else”. The dress I received was terrible quality and is not something I would give to anyone. Save your money and buy from a more reputable site.

Please don't waste your money

I believed I was on a UK site and ordered standard size pillowcases. These are 10 cm shorter than UK standard size. So they don’t fit my pillows. The quality seems fine. I ordered white but they are in fact ivory/cream. They took a fortnight to come. It was only after ordering I realised they were coming from Burbank in America!! I emailed support but they don’t actually answer your email. They pick a point like ‘colour’ and answer that. Or ‘size’ and give you the sizes. I think it is an automated reply generated by key words in your email. They did not address my concerns about warning on UK size difference etc. To return works out at £23+ and I’ve now read they don’t always acknowledge the product has returned. I wouldn’t say it is a scam. The pillowcases seem lovely. But wrong size. I wouldn’t suggest that you use them if you require quick delivery, relevant customer support and you are aware of sizing issues. I don’t order from USA as I try to be aware of my carbon footprint and don’t fly myself. I normally support more local businesses. This was a complete mistake. An expensive lesson. Gillian
