As first-time STR owners, there were so many unknowns, and we simply didn’t know where to begin. Our experience with Casey Harris has been awesome. We started in a market where inventory was low and the numbers were tight. Multiple offers came and went, and while we were trying to adjust the numbers to make an offer work, she guided us toward a new market. We truly couldn't have made this successful pivot without her amazing guidance along the way.

BNB Academy is the real deal. Being a Real Estate Agent, I knew that I needed to have a tax strategy, but to be honest, all of the California rentals were garbage margins. I knew that STR’s were the way to go… But the whole thing was so overwhelming and I didn’t have the support needed. So I decided to give these guys a shot. They really do set you up for absolutely every last thing. Most importantly, you get a coach that you have access to any anytime you need. Big shout out to my coach Nicko Gonzalez. He is the exact type of coach you want in your corner. Optimistic, highly knowledgeable, resourceful, and someone to push you to keep going. There was a point where I was so busy with family and work that I almost threw in the towel. Nicko basically didn’t allow me to do that. As a result, I was able to successfully close on my first STR property as of October 1 and it is already producing serious cash. Going the STR route is really the best way if you’re looking for high ROI… the deals are out there… You just have to put in the work and utilize your coach and it will happen. Very pleased with this company. It’s truly impressive what they have built in the lives that they are impacting.

A comprehensive course on launching an STR from start to post-finish and into sustainment operations. My coach, Scott, was incredibly communicative from day one and I really feel like he was invested in seeing my property succeed. Would love to see a course-only option available for those just looking for the education piece.
