HORRIBLE COMPANY. Cannot recommend them LESS. This company is an absolute scam do not give them your time or money unless you enjoy throwing those things away.

I wish I could give a 0 stars for the company. They are a bunch of crooks. The first year contract, fine. But you are only able to cancel on the yearly timeframes and must do so within the 30 days of whatever the date is that you started the contract. So I tried to cancel after using the service for 19 months and am being told that they will not cancel the account. If you value ethics in your business partners, then myEmma is not a company to work with. There are many better companies out there to work with.

The man who helped me listened to my issue and walked me through a solution step by step. it was patient as I wrote down the steps. I have called the support line several times and always receive great customer service!
