I've had 5 custom Royal Bobbleheads made for gufts by Warren, Rachel and their excellent staff. Two were later purchased in bulk by the subjects. I highly recommend Royal Bobbleheads.

My order was not sent properly. However, I was contacted by customer serivce and they were able to make corrections that resulted in an overall satisfying experience. I would use them again.

Dealing with Bobbleheads.com AKA Royalbobbleheads.com was torture from beginning to final end. They will string you along with promises of completion and putting a "RUSH" on your order. Good luck with that! The work on custom bobble heads is not done in house. It is for filled by one of their contractors in China and both you and they are at the mercy of these contractors timeline. In my case the one company contractor shut down and I had to start all over with the next contractor, all through the Bobblehead software. This gift was obviously months late. The owner of the company will NEVER return your call or email. The owner’s daughter ultimately took $50 off. Not fair compensation for the hell that they put me through. I should have looked at the BBB site before deciding to go with this company. The disputes are accurate based on my personal experience. Ordered 8-24-22 and finally received on 12-30-23. What I find interesting is all of the negative comments were removed from Google. Not sure how they accomplished that. However, the reviews on Trust Pilot and BBB stand. Please use any other company. I would recommend purchasing through Amazon.

Worst experience ever. I ordered one bobblehead, and they delivered it almost after 3-4 months. I changed the house and asked them to ship to another location but they discarded the product and asked me to order it again and they would give me 30% off. I mean like really what about the fully paid product. Firstly your product is not cheap, secondly, regardless of how many times you reach out to them, they would never call you back or reply on time, thirdly who discards the returned product without reaching out to the Customer and checking with them? You have phone, email, text, confirm it once before discarding the product that they paid money for? Also reply on time when they call you, or email you.

We have tried to identify this customer, but cannot find any record of this transaction. The only information that have to identify the customer is the handle "LK" - no name, order number, or any other identifying information. But we tried our best to identify and to correspond with him/her, in an effort to address these concerns. We sent a private request through TrustPilot requesting additional information to help us identify the order, but he/she did not respond, so unfortunately, we are unable to correspond directly about these concerns. We welcome the customer to respond to our request for additional information or to reach out to us directly so that we can learn more about any concerns and address them. We are not even sure that they are an actual customer, because there are other companies in our industries with similar names and we often hear from customers who are confused because they purchased from someone else, but they think it was from us. However, we would like to point out that we have over 8,000 Verified Five-Star reviews with an outstanding 4.7 Star average rating at ShopperApproved, a Google-approved third-party customer service ratings service.
