product arrived on time I will take it with me to Asia where I will use it as of now I have not used the product however I am sure it will work fine the item was below what others were selling the same unit for. I saved almost half

I ordered an all region DVD player. They filled the order promptly. Sent me tracking information on a regular basis to my email. Product was brand new (unopened) and all worked well. Very pleased with service.

Blu Ray player arrived within a couple of days. Amazingly quick. Easy set up- Had everything you need to start watching. Been buying electronics from chain stores and having problems. If this sale is an indication of how they take care of business I will become a repeat buyer. Good job guys.

3 days before my trip I realized I needed an "M" converter for South Africa, which is not to be found in stores. It arrived just in time and was very inexpensive even with the shipping. Thanks for helping make my trip a success!

The DVD/Blue Ray player arrived on time and works well, but the instruction booklet was not in the box, the batteries for the remote were not present as well. There was only a one page pamphlet explaining how to work the Blue Ray. The page was "pretty invisible" and when I was unable to see a Blue Ray DVD I left a message with Customer Service. I never received a call back, fortunately I found the "instruction page" when I was re packing the player!!
