Bombay ElectronicsReviews of bombayelectronics.com

I contacted ZAQ's to request more info about purchasing diffusers at wholesale pricing and got a very fast and detailed response answering any question and then some I could possibly have had. I purchased them and they were shipped immediately and have since arrived and been out to good use. Very pleased with product as well :)

I have many non-US DVDs, and a friend who is a movie fanatic wanted to watch them as well as non-US BlueRays. This was an obvious solution to the "What would you like for Christmas?" problem. Bombay Electronics offered a wide range of all-region players, clear explanation of the various features, and a good price. This was a goo choice.

Got my item very quickly, no shipping charges, no hassle. I had to call to change the billing address and was worried that maybe there might be some red tape/mix-up. No problem at all - info changed and I got my item immediately. Very nice!!

No messing around for this company-they are on the ball. My email is answered quickly, my order filled and in the mail a day later. Thank you for your dedication to service and quality products.

I actually got a later(?) model DVD player than the one listed but same machine otherwise. I thought I was registering for an account during purchase but it appears that wasn't the case…the process doesn't make it clear that you set up before purchase for that. My order worked anyway. I got everything I was promised in my order. You need to print either your order invoice or your "confirmation of order" email to get Bombay's warranty. This wasn't made clear beforehand but I'd done it anyway. Bombay has always, very quickly and helpfully, answered my email questions.

Good product and efficient costumer service, at the right price, fast delivery. My region free Blu-ray with a TV system converter works great

Fast shipping, as described, A+++++seller, highly recommend, thanks!
