Have bought several BR players (all region) from Bombay Electronics and have always had great and fast service. Each and every player performs as promised.

The DVD was shipped and received on as timely basis, works fine for Thai DVDs and was reasonably priced. We were well pleased. This was the second region free DVD we purchased from Bombay Electronics. We can give a unqualified recommendation.

It worked! It worked as advertised. Delivery of region-free DVD player was super quick, too. I was able to watch a Helen Fischer DVD. Mark me down as a satisfied customer.

Was having trouble with another DVD player I purchased several years ago from Bombay. Called for technical help and while they didn't solve my problem they got me started down the right path to solve it myself. Before I was able to solve it I decided to purchase another player as a backup just in case. Shipping was prompt and now have to players that work. Their willingness to help me on a product purchased several years earlier was a deciding factor in my decision to make another purchase from them.
