I called to buy a product on Tuesday morning and was delivered to my address at Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on the following Thursday. I wasn't expecting it to come that fast considering my previous orders. I can't comment yet on the product but the reliability of the company and its timely product delivery date.

Web site very easy to navigate and answered all my questions. Excellent products and pricing. Shipped the same day and received in 2 days. Only complaint is the exorbitant shipping costs.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a region-free Blu-ray player, but had heard from others that Bombay Electronics was a reputable company. My Blu-ray player arrived quickly and included excellent instructions - provided by Bombay Electronics. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

I needed a bunch of adapters for an upcoming trip to Africa. Bombay had just what I needed, helpful videos to educate me on making the choices, and great prices and fast service.

The product I ordered was everything it was listed as. I had reservations regarding speed of delivery. That proved wrong. The product was delivered in record time and that was with free shipping.
