Bombay ElectronicsReviews of bombayelectronics.com

First order from Bombay Electronics and I was completely satisfied. Order was processed within two days and delivered in a week, Dvd player was well packaged and setup instructions included were clear and concise.

Best price on multi-region DVD player. Works great. Paid for 2 day express but item was shipped ground. Seller immediately refunded the shipping charge.

I bought a region free blu-ray player from them because of people recommending me to buy one at Bombay. And now i understamd why!Now i can recommend the same thing to others.Great product, very fast shipping.Thank you for the good service.

The device was shipped promptly from a US shipping location and arrived via UPS in a day or two. Very fast! I was kept informed with emails throughout the process. I was able to verify functionality with a German market Blu-ray disk that was marked region code 2 (shouldn't it be labeled BR-region B?). Worked out of the box! I got what I wanted! Very happy.

The "region free" dvd player performs exactly as advertised. However, the promised free hdmi cable was not included in the package. My main complaint with the player is that TWO buttons on the front of the device must be pushed simultaneously to convert the output to NTSC. This is a bit tricky for those of us with arthritic fingers. Also, like others have said, the fact that the open/close button is available only on the front of the machine is inconvenient. Otherwise, I'm happy with the machine and hope it lasts.

The online shopping experience with Bombay Electronics has been excellent. Exchange of information and communication has been prompt and very professional.
