I also went back on to the website and the status showed shipped. When I checked the tracking on USPS, the item had not been picked up. I searched all over the internet for a hard to find Pioneer DV-430V and finally found one listed for sale on Bombay Electronics, so quickly placed my order. About 24 hours later I received an e-mail announcing "Your order has been Shipped (Bombay Electronics)" It even included a tracking number. Then I called Bombay to ask why I had been charged $16 for Shipping when the site had my Pioneer listed as "Free Shipping". It was then that I learned my Pioneer had not been shipped at all. I was told in hard to understand broken English that all they had on their shelf was an empty box awaiting a returned product, and I would be getting a credit. This company is apparently a very small, unsophisticated shop that I will avoid in the future.
