You get what you pay for and these guys delivered a full service and beyond. After having an issue with our specific blu-ray disc in the player that we had selected, these guys took the player back with the disc and found a player that worked. Re-shipped the new player with the disc with no issues or arguments. These guys went above and beyond all expectations. They did not have to exchange the player, but were more than willing to work with us to make sure we got a product that worked for our needs. New player works perfectly and satisfies all of our needs and more. Very highly recommended.

Ordered a multi region dvd player. When item eventually arrived, it had a european plug on it. It also says region 3, so ive had to order a plug adapter. Is my new dvd player really multi region? Who knows
