Very expensive for a one hour drive to…
Very expensive for a one hour drive to the airport in a car that was smaller than expected, and not as clean as one would expect for $800 one hour service.

no different than an Uber
I was only impression there would be a driver waiting inside the airport for me with a sign and that was not the case. I had to call the driver to find out where they were and wait for them just like I would any other Uber. Then when they reached my final destination, they did not even wait for me to walk inside before driving off. They did not offer to help assist with the bags. It was just very disappointing.

The driver was late for pickup
The driver was late for pickup. The app did not allow me to adjust the time for pickup after scheduling.

Regarding the app, pickup times can't be adjusted within 4 hours of the scheduled time — but you can always reach out to us directly and we'll gladly make the change for you.
