ok, here's my thing. you can play on your phone with borgata casino but you can't play on your computer or laptop if you don't live in New Jeresy that crazy! so I have emailed them and they told me they don't do Pa. when you use your phone it ask which state your in. Absolutely the worst online casino in the industry in my opinion. Many frequent issues related to player rewards bonuses example: gain $5 in free play in tiers to a certain limit depending on the amount of money wagered and/or deposited. I have a maximum amount of free play directed towards a specific game and am unable to access the bonus play. I can see it and the amount of money wagered which was much much more than the threshold for highest amount of free play that can be earned. Online chat with customer service twice where they initiate chat and i explain my issues and then nothing. No response. No indication chat was disconnected etc. I’ve even left my contact phone number and nothing. I’m done with them. I gamble on a regular basis for years so i know what a deposit/return ratio should be. They take every opportunity, in every and all aspects, to flat out take your money. Starting with the offer of bonus money. They attach the money you deposit to their "BONUS MONEY" making it playable on certain games.
