Borgata customer service email is keep sending me a ticket number saying response in 24 hours Today after 11 days still no response from customer service technicians .So I am trying to get my money back and say goodbye to MGM and Borgata.Join WSOP and get response within an hour for any problem.

This is the worst online gambling site ever. Upon winning money borgata all of a sudden states that whatever accounts you use to make deposits any winnings get split up and sent to each deposit account when doing that I saw that the accounts listed did not exist anymore when I went to edit they froze my account giving me a huge run around never giving me a reason why and then closed my account with no explanation and never gave me my winnings this is the worst sight on the internet right along with their partner bet MGM the worst I do not advise going on this site they are scam artists

Stay away from this app. I won 2 jackpots in a day and the second jackpot's winnings got deleted from my account. The app has a message that pops up in set intervals to remind you how long you've been logged in. This message happened to pop up right after my second jackpot win and when I acknowledged/cleared the message the jackpot winnings disappeared. Any attempts through email, live chat and phone calls to customer service have provided no results to fix this issue. I believe this app will take money from you if you win too much. It's unacceptable
