No major complaints
Purchased a Box Three brakeset in chrome/silver. Easy online purchase. Quality components with beautiful finish. Installed without any issues using a Shimano standard cableset. Looks great on the bike. Took a full 7 days to arrive from the manufacturer, with shipping charges. I have ordered other parts with free shipping that arrived in 2-3 days, but I understand it is important to support smaller businesses directly. No complaints, just FYI. Shipping is USPS and takes about a week to Michigan.

Box components Rox
Box components made my purchase super easy. The website was easy to navigate and pay/pick shipping. They got my parts out the door within 24 hours so I’ll get them quickly. Overall good experience **now that I’ve ridden the components I’m even more impressed. Super smooth shifting.
