Ordering was easy and product was great

Ordering is easy and it goes out for delivery very quickly.

Wanted to upgrade my gravel bike from 3x7 to a 1x9. Looked at various component brands. Ultimately decided to go with Box. Good price, fast delivery. They have some great videos to walk you through the installation. I'm new to this sort of thing, but after some trial and error I was able to get everything installed. Took it out for a 24 mile ride yesterday and was impressed with the solid shifting, smooth power delivery, and no chain slap over the bumpy stuff. Looking forward to many miles on this new setup.

Awesome company awesome products. 7speed 1/2 dh groupset is flawless.

If BOX Components was a human, BOX would be the man! These guys are the best. Quality at a fair price and ultra fast shipping. Thanks BOX.
