Do not trust their size quide
Do not trust their size quide! I measured & what I got didn’t even come close to fitting. Forget about returning! After they charge you for return shipping my refund would have been $1.32. DON’T BOTHER!!!

The metal side brace hinges can NOT be removed as suggested for calibration. I bought the small size, as I am a short 5'-4"user. The upper part of the brace straps is so high on the back of my leg it would be impossible to wear for any length of time without getting a sore or blister. I had to leave my expandable pull on wrap on for it to feal even close to comfortable. I can barely feel the side (lateral) support. I plan to return the brace.
Response from BraceAbility· Aug 17, 2026
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear the brace was uncomfortable and that the hinges could not be removed as expected. We also understand your concerns about the height of the straps and the lack of lateral support. We appreciate you taking the time to explain these issues and apologize that the brace did not meet your needs. You may also check your email, as we will send you another message with instructions on how to remove the hinges for your guidance. We hope this information will be helpful.

I measured my leg as instructed but the brace is too small. It also took forever to get the brace since it was shipped via usps! So disappointed and frustrated. Need a knee brace for work due to the amount of walking I do and the severe pain.
Response from BraceAbility· Aug 9, 2026

We understand how frustrating this is when you need a knee brace for work. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can help make things right.

Product is Sized Incorrectly
I received a binder after my Herna surgery, which was a size LARGE. I ordered you XLARGE it two pieces that has been sewn together and it extremely shorter than the one I currently own. There is no stretchability in it. Very disappointment, will be returning it for a return.
Response from BraceAbility· Aug 9, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the binder was much shorter and less flexible than expected, especially after comparing it with the one you currently use. We understand your disappointment and apologize that the XL did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can provide a better experience in the future.

Not impressed
This brace js well designed, meaning I can get it on and adjusted. But I found it to be no help at all for arthriits. I used it during the evenings, then tried sleeping with it. Then I did that repeatedly, illogically looking for a different result. I did not find one.
Response from BraceAbility· Aug 9, 2026
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We're glad to hear the brace was well designed and easy to put on and adjust, though we're sorry it didn't provide the relief you were hoping for. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as your feedback helps us improve.

No one buys a foot brace until they need it. So, why did my single item order placed July 2nd take until July 9th to arrive? Who can wait seven days when the need is immediate? There was no advance arrival estimate shown when buying the item. I'll trust others next time.
Response from BraceAbility· Jul 14, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that foot braces are often purchased for immediate relief, and we're sorry your order didn't arrive as quickly as you had hoped. For clarification, your order was placed on Thursday, July 2, using USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 3–5 business days). Because the order was placed after our 3:00 PM CT processing cut-off time, and due to the holiday and weekend closure, the first business day for processing was Monday, July 6. Based on the shipping method selected, delivery on July 9 was within the estimated delivery timeframe. We appreciate your comments about making shipping expectations clearer during checkout and will share your feedback with our team as we continue to improve the customer experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you a smooth and speedy recovery.
