Ordered two items
Ordered two items, waited. Waited, had to contact them. 1 item out of stock, so hadn't sent other item. Asked for 1 item to be sent....it came from Amazon, not BRI. Waited again for 2nd item....finally asked for order to be cancelled. Refund was issued, but really wanted to try the 2nd product. Guess I should have ordered from Amazon to begin with.

Order messed up. No customer service.
Never got to try the product since I only received have my order. And now I am in the waiting period to apply to return and be refunded through Ebay for order.

I requested expedited shipping and…
I requested expedited shipping and still have not received the package. June 28 order date and it is now July 5.

Was in stock when ordered but....
Because I ordered from here an then a week plus later suddenly out of stock an it was IN STOCK when I placed my order an I needed them . So now I have no idea when they are arriving an not very happy about this.
