The installer was professional, but personable. He explained all of our questions. We just LOVE the chair lift!!!!

The workers who installed the stair lift were familiar with the product and were able to instruct us on using it. The ride on it is smooth and it is easy to operate. The only drawback is the seat must be returned to a certain position to allow it to be moved by the remote back to the ground floor. We are glad to have it. Thank you VA!

the gentlemen call and said he was on his way and eta he was with in 10 mins .He was professional he clean up his mess. he show us how to operate the chair lift and then as us if we hah any questions We done the paper work. and was gone . thank you very much.

I'll be 88 on 9/9, and I have had back surgery and a total of 22 injections, (thus far), in my back, and I'm still in constant pain. It was such a struggle for me to go up and down just 9 stairs, and then we installed the Bruno Chair lift. What a blessing! Even though I continue to suffer from constant pain, the Bruno Chair lift has alleviated so much discomfort for me as I navigate our stairs. My one regret is that we didn't install it sooner.
