The technicians installing the starlit were on time, knowledgeable and professional. Has worked perfectly so far.

Installation was on time and within the time the installer predicted. We are using the lift primarily for carrying awkward loads of “stuff” like wine and laundry from the basement to the first floor - so we rarely use it, but when we do it works exactly like we expected.

It has been a great experience because the stairlift in our home was what was needed for my mother to have added independence at 91 years of age. Also, it is so easy for her to handle. It’s a blessing to have in our home.

I already wrote a message to the president of Bruno chair lift. I actually had the chair removed at my own expense because I was so unhappy with the performance of the chair .I still have no response!

We find new ways it can help us as we do our daily chores. My wife can get the laundry done quicker because she doesn't have to use the stairs so much.
