The lift is a wonderful aid for people who are unable to climb the stairs from one floor to another. It is quiet and reliable.

The chair lift is great. The only thing that is giving me a small problem is the lift starting from the bottom then stopping after a second or two, so far I have gotten it to work after retrying.

We love it. it goes down smoothly and it looks great. Very high tech looking and accommodates our larger frames. The only problem is that I have trouble with the stop and start sometimes, and can't swing it round. I must be doing something wrong.

My husband broke his pelvis. He was not able to go downstairs for over a year. Bruno installed the chairlift and like magic he was able to go downstairs check on the furnace and the water heater. That was important to him. The chairlift also helps me bring up my Christmas decorations. That pleases me greatly. We love the chairlift and highly recommend Bruno to anyone who inquires.
