Happy customer
There was an issue with my order. Customer service was fantastic. Not only did I receive a prompt response but they were ready to replace it. I did get my order and very excited to wear my new nails. Thank you!

Order never came
Half of my order came , then got a notice stating they were “ unable to get inside of my building “ to drop the remaining of my order . I live in a house .. there is no building . I have contacted someone but I have not received any information regarding my other part of my order . Very upsetting

Horrible Experience!!!
Package has not arrived, customer service is nonexistent and my package is shown in another state. This is a disaster!! I placed my order on 09/13/25, estimated delivery 9/17/25 but has not left NY. I might even loose the package, according to USPS. Nobody has reach out to me, or said anything about the money I spend or if might get my package, USPS says postage has not been paid and they might keep the package as their property if it’s not been paid
