In the past, I have not had to make many purchases from Bulb Direct. However, the few times I have made purchases have been excellent and always delivered within the promised time frame, and the bulbs received in excellent condition. In the future, if I do need bulbs, I will look here for sourcing first.

I hunted everywhere for a discontinued bulb and found one on BulbDirect --it was exactly what I was looking for, the shipping was fast, and it arrived carefully packaged in perfect shape. I'd happily order from these folks again!

The bulb I ordered was no longer available and I received a phone call and an email and was asked if I wanted another option - same bulb, different manufacturer. Very prompt and courteous. And very quick delivery.

Things did not go so smooth getting my account re-set-up after a while I was ready to go elsewhere. Very pushy with every detail and I had been a customer for many years but had not purchased anything for over two years.
