The whole experience was fun! The dogs were excited to see what was in the box. The toys were very durable which was intentional. Consequently, my dogs were not all that interested in them (nothing to destroy). No points off for that. 4 stars because I think the treats could be better. Potato starch as the main ingredient is not really what I love giving them. To be fair, the dogs did enjoy them… but they also eat bird poo, so…

Hi Ellen! We’re so glad to hear the unboxing was a fun experience—that excitement when the box arrives is one of our favorite parts too! As for the treats, we really appreciate the honest callout. Ingredient quality matters, and we understand wanting the very best for your dogs. We’ll be sure to share this with our team as we continue to evaluate and improve our treat options.

The Dog loved it, even though he destroyed his soft toy within 5 minutes LOL

My dogs love their treats and the toys are too hard for them to chew on but we will try some softer ones.
Response from BULLYMAKE· Apr 29, 2026
We’re so happy to hear your dogs are enjoying the treats. For the toys, we understand that durability can sometimes mean they’re a bit too tough depending on your dog’s chewing style. The good news is you can absolutely tailor future boxes to better fit their needs. Through your self-service portal, you can customize toy types and select softer options so the box is a better match for your pups. If you’d like help making those adjustments or aren’t seeing the options you need, our team is always happy to assist—just reach out and we’ll be glad to walk you through it. [email protected]

Responding to Bully Make's reply: Cancellation: "Once you’ve completed your initial plan commitment, you are eligible to cancel your plan at any time without additional fees." This is ONE YEAR. Toy Selection: I can swap for other hard plastic toys and treats. That's it. I stand by my original review. I will NOT recommend this company. The boxes arrive on time, but the hard plastic toys can break glass. The toys that are meant to put the treats into are also useless. The treats don't come out, the toy itself is so hard, my German Shepherd can't manipulate it. Not having a cancellation policy is also not a consumer-friendly sales approach. I will never recommend this company or its products to anyone.

I’m so happy I change to you because the other toys that my dogs were destroying I can see now weren’t safe for them!!!! They were chewing them up and swallowing them and later throwing them up!!!! Your toys are so much safer for them and stronger too!!!!
Response from BULLYMAKE· Apr 22, 2026
Hi Gladys! We’re so glad you made the switch and even happier to hear your pups are doing better and enjoying safer play! Their safety and well-being are always the top priority, and it means a lot to know the toys are giving you more peace of mind. Thank you for trusting us!
