Duplicate boxes
We started ordering Bullymake boxes in March. The second box we received in April was identical to the box from March. Same toys and treats. I contacted customer service two weeks ago. I had to take pictures of the identical items side by side to show them the duplicates. Representative stated that the conversation had to be forwarded to another department to look into the issue. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard how this issue will be resolved. I signed up for a year subscription but I will be looking into cancelling the subscription due to the awful customer service and poor management of the products being shipped out.

Destructive dogs
We have young corgis (very destructive dogs). They love the hard dragonfly they got in the box. The bigger round frog they are not too sure about. We can't we wait for the next box since the dragonfly is surviving!

Love the concept
Love the concept. My dog loves the treats, although I have to watch him when he is eating them as they are on the big side. The frog treat.holder.was ruined within 30 mins. Sadly, he chewed some of the rubber off. He is.liking the dragonfly I have used peanut butter on the wings as an added sensory. Looking forward to the next box. Hoping he does better. with them. Thanks

My agressive chewers have not destroyed…
My agressive chewers have not destroyed them. These toys are by far the best available for big puppies who like to destroy everything. Comparing to other "surprise boxes" that only lasted hours, became dangerous after they were shred to pieces, causing a potential choking hazzard and digestive upsets and wasted money. Paying a bit more is worth your pets safety.
