Extremely pleased with the service provided by BusBank. Great driver, great mini-bus. All guests were accommodated in comfort, and in a timely basis.

BusBank did a great job. They were very responsive via email. Pricing was very fair, and Busbank was exceptionally accommodating of the changes to our itinerary. Our bus driver, Thomas, was half an hour early for pickup in the morning, took a group photo for us, and was very accessible by phone when we needed to rearrange an impromptu pick-up location due to traffic. The bus itself was a little worn out, but it got us to and from without issue. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick, affordable way to get a large group to and from an event.

We have used this company several times for our out of state convention events and they are excellent! The drivers are knowledgeable and courteous. Everything is on time. We highly recommend this company!

My school was given tickets to a field trip via a grant and BusBank was able to help me when I could not find another company that was able to make two busses available within two weeks of the event. I booked with BusBank about a week before we had the trip, and the booking could not have been easier. Once two of the other teachers dropped out of the trip, BusBank allowed me to change my reservation to one bus and was very easy to work with. When the bus arrived, it was on time and extremely clean. The driver was early, professional, and very accommodating. I can not think of one thing that did not go well with our reservation. BusBank saved us in a last-minute jam and we had a great experience. I will be returning to them for future field trip needs.
