I haven't been able to download my bills for months. Keep getting 'Whoops, there's been an error Sorry but we are having technical difficulties. Unfortunately, we have not been able to process your request.' when I click on the 'Download Bill' link in the portal. The support has been appalling. They insist on calling when I ask them to email. So frustrating.

Prezzi troppo alti. I nuovi abbonati pagheranno 299+iva per 12 mesi i vecchi 500+iva per sempre. Proprio non capiscono che dovrebbero premiare la fedeltà di clienti che pagano da più di 10 anni.

As everyone else here, i have to say for business services this lot provides worse services than 90% of residential broadband companies do. So it doesn’t even matter that it is for business critical services one would expect that they would be better than residential services at least. No chance, this lot is so incompetent and arrogant that it is beyond belief, i never bother to take things further legally but they are so bad that this time i am opening a formal complaint with Ofcom and The Ombudsman. I don't even think they deserve the one star they have as that is highly overrating them.

Cancelled sky business broadband 3 months ago and have chased them ever since to get a refund for an outstanding credit on our account, requested multiple times that they need to send me the prepaid label to return the equipment, nothing done. Every time I have rang and got through to the useless Indian call centre they tell me it will be refunded when the next bill is processed, this has not happened on the last two invoice dates. Multiple phone calls, ridiculous amount of time wasted and stress from the outright incompetence of the call centre staff. Then today I get informed we will not refund you until the equipment is returned, you can make it up Not to mention the hundreds of people that have lost their jobs at UK call centres, which to be honest when we had problems with sky in the past I used to ring and hang up multiple times until I got through to a UK operator. Up until recently we had 4 mobile phones & a tablet with sky at £117 per month, sky business broadband and phone at £54 per month & sky TV at £40 per month. All of these are now going or have gone to other suppliers. I urge you all to not use any services of Sky, use any alternative possible.

Signed up for Sky business broadband over the phone. The person got our email wrong so we haven't received any emails with contract details or login details to set up an online account to access bills. I have spent ages on the phone trying to get this sorted and they say they have changed the email address but still no emails. Our service hasn't even been activated yet and based on our experience to date it's certainly not confidence inspiring. Seriously considering cancelling before the 14-day cooling off period ends.

Have to say i have never found it so hard to have a complaint and raise an issue and constantly get bounced department to department only been 3 months and can not get any resolution and no one seems to actually read the threads and the answers coming back are a disgrace no wonder sky is loosing out on businesses over priced and awful customer service from start to the finish.
