Would you send a photo of the blurred artwork to [email protected] Apparently something "slipped through the cracks" that never should have gone out the door. A replacement cover will be on it's way to you tomorrow. As of 9/27 we have not received the requested photo. Since it's an embroidery and not a screen print it's hard to imagine how it could be "blurred." Open seams happen. QC should have picked it up. And as mentioned, a replacement cover was sent.

And as soon as you brought it to our attention, we shipped you the correct cover with a return label so you could return the Marine cover. Mistakes happen. We acknowledged it and immediately corrected it.
